Returns Policies

All return inquiries MUST be made within 3 days of receiving the item. All sales are final after 3 days. You must obtain a return authorization # from our Customer Service Department.

We are not responsible if you order the wrong size, wrong color or quantity. If for some reason we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, we will make it right with an exchange. (There will be no refunds past the 7 day period.)

You need to get it back to us within 7 days from the date you received your order to receive a refund. Refunds will only be made based on the product's price. Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are not refundable in any case, no exceptions.

We are not responsible for lost of damaged items when returning the product back to us.

Buyer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs. Be sure to purchase insurance and delivery confirmation / tracking number (without it, if item were to get damaged or lost on the way back, we cannot issue a refund or replacement).
